In the Linxter Communication Channel Library of the SDK (Linxter.SDK Namespace: ILinxterCommunicationChannel interface), there is a method called FindProgramInstances which allows you to search for program instances you can send a communication channel request to.
There is also a method called CreateRequest which you use to create the communication channel request.
